What “all-in” actually means
The monthly EOR fee covers the running of the engagement — contract, payroll, statutory filings, HR. It does not include the engineer's gross salary or the employer-side statutory contributions India requires on top of gross (EPF, ESI, gratuity accrual, Professional Tax). Those are real costs of employing anyone in India — through us, through a competitor, or through your own entity. The cost calculator breaks them out so you can see the total loaded cost before you make the offer.
To be explicit: statutory employer contributions (PF, ESI, gratuity) and any applicable Indian taxes are additional pass-throughs, billed at actuals — they are not part of the $129 monthly fee. The fee is only what we charge to run the engagement.

Why we publish it
Hidden pricing is a tax on a founder's time. If a $150–250 monthly fee per engineer is what stops you working with us, we shouldn't be using a sales call to disguise that. The calculator shows the math. The intro call is for the questions the calculator can't answer.

Why publish pricing when most EORs hide it?
Because founders making a $50–150k/year hiring decision should not have to book a sales call to learn what the EOR fee is. Hidden pricing is a tax on your time and a signal that the price is whatever they can extract.
Are there setup fees?
No EOR setup fee for the first engagement. We charge for unusual one-offs (multi-state PF registrations, custom benefits plans) — those are quoted before they're billed.
Do you mark up salary?
No. The engineer's gross salary is exactly what we disburse. The TWF Labs fee is line-itemised separately on every invoice.
What does "all-in" cover?
Contract issue, onboarding, monthly payroll, all statutory contributions and filings (TDS, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity accrual), HR support, and the quarterly compliance brief. Equity admin, complex multi-state hires, and bespoke benefits are quoted separately.
