We work an outbound-first network of senior engineers across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and remote-India. Inbound applicants are filtered against the same calibration. Every candidate we forward has been screened on stack fit, level, time-zone tolerance, and a real conversation about the role — not just a resume match.

How the fee works
12.5% of the engineer's first-year fixed CTC, excluding equity and ESOPs. One-time, invoiced after join, due within 30 days. Backed by a 90-day replacement guarantee. No salary markup, no recurring commission, no exclusivity period.

How fast will I see candidates?
First-pass shortlist in 7–10 business days. We use a structured intake (role, level, stack, time-zone overlap, comp band) so the first batch is calibrated, not a dragnet.
What seniority do you place?
Mid-senior and senior engineers (4+ years), tech leads, staff engineers, and AI/ML specialists. We deliberately don't run a junior pipeline — Series A–C startups need engineers who can own a system, not be trained into one.
How does the fee work?
12.5% of the engineer's first-year fixed CTC (excludes equity and ESOPs). One-time, invoiced after join, due within 30 days. No markup on the engineer's salary, no recurring commission, no exclusivity period.
What if a hire doesn't work out?
We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee — if a placement leaves or doesn't pass the agreed probation within 90 days of join, we source a replacement at no additional placement fee. Exact terms are in the engagement letter.
Can we hire the engineer on our own entity instead of through your EOR?
Yes. Placement and EOR are decoupled. If you already have an Indian entity (or you're moving toward one), we'll place the engineer and hand off — you keep the relationship.
